Accessible & ComfortableA low starting resistance and 191 levels of resistance means that the StepOne has the perfect resistance and progression for any exerciser. The arm length and hand grip rotations can be adjusted to best fit the exerciser and make training more comfortable. The premium seat adjusts back and forth, up and down, as well as swivels and reclines.

Arm-to-leg movement mimics the motion used in daily functional activities like climbing stairs, allowing exercisers to increase strength in these muscle groups from a seated position. User-defined stride with Intelli-Stride feedback also allows for safe and effective progressions.
